Peak energy demand at the hub, managed without any BESS installed
Reduction in energy costs after 12 months of operation
Required storage systems; the complexity is entirely resolved at the software level
The challenge wasn’t the electric vehicle itself, but everything surrounding it.
Technical Challenge
a hub with extremely high turnover, with extreme peaks in demand reaching up to 300 kW.
Dogma has built an energy ecosystem managed by the CSMS, featuring peak shaving capabilities and real-time monitoring of the fleet’s charging status.
Intelligent Software Management
At this construction site, the infrastructure does not include any battery energy storage system (BESS): all of the complexity is handled by the CSMS software, using Dynamic Load Management (DLM) algorithms.
Rate Optimization
The CSMS cross-references the fleet’s mission profiles with hourly fluctuations in the PUN (National Single Price), automatically postponing and concentrating vehicle charging during time slots when energy is cheapest, while still ensuring the necessary kWh to complete each shift
Operating Income
After one year of operation, this approach has led to a 7% reduction in energy costs. Emergency or priority recharges are always guaranteed thanks to MASTER RFID badges, which bypass DLM restrictions when necessary.
